Question : About 2 months ago i had a massage and the masseuse gave me a handjob while rubbing my anus. About 3 days ago i got a large zit looking bump on the area between my anus and my scotum right on the Perineum line. It is painful especially when i exercise and sweat down there. I am concerned about STDs specifically HIV and syphilis (stage 1). Can these diseases be transmitted this way? Is this something I should worry about? Should I get tested?
