                                    Brief Answer:
Ovashield does not cause twin or triplet pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) Your information is wrong. Ovashield does not lead to twin or triplet pregnancy.
2) As a matter of fact ovashield is not a great medicine to help in getting pregnancy. You can continue the tablet as it causes no harm either.
3) Since you are already 32 years old with myomectomy, you should go ahead with IUI or IVF treatment.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.
Regards,
Dr.
