Brief Answer:
What is your blood pressure?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

There is no reason to get worried. if your kidneys were damaged, you would have had blood in the urine. This is not the case. Kidney damage produces no gas in the abdomen and this the finding of increased gas in the abdomen is not caused by this. It was just an incidental finding.

My suggestion is that you get good pain medications and forget about this. Your fears are more concerning than the minor trauma you sustained. Also, report 3 blood pressure measures to me at different times for analysis.

I wish you well. I hope to hear from you and provide further clarifications if need be.
