Ovulation induction and follicular monitoring
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Most likely you are suffering from PCOD viz polycystic ovarian disease.
These irregular periods might not cause any problems in conception but in case you have been trying for pregnancy since quite a long time then you should opt for ovulation induction and follicular monitoring via transvaginal ultrasound.
In this you will be given ovulation induction and then growth of egg in your ovaries will be checked via ultrasound.
Once the egg will rupture it will be detected on ultrasound and intercourse during that time will will have a very chance of positive pregnancy outcome.
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.
Regards
