Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
First of all congratulation for your pregnancy.
Please do not worry! everything will be fine with time.
Please do not think about misscarriage or so.
I have seen so many patient which bleed throughout their pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby.
In your case when ultrasonography report is normal and your baby is fine, please do not take any stress.
Bleeding in your case may be due to hormonal imbalance which is very common cause of bleeding in first trimester.
You are already on progesterone support, there are some advices for you-
1) You should take proper rest.
2) Rest with pillow under your legs.
3) If your doctor suggest take HCG injection also.
4) Never do exercise, weight lifting or any vigorous physical activity.
5) Take healthy and balanced diet.
6) Immediately receive medical attention in case of any abdominal pain.
Bleeding may stop after 12weeks.
One more thing to you that do not think about misscarriage because the chances of misscarriage are decreases when your fetal heart beat established and you have completed your 8 weeks.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa

Thank you doctor for that answer. You have answered my question clearly. Yes they said that the fetus looks fine because the heartbeat is well established. Im just worried with this bleeding that doesnt stop. I have no abdominal pains or cramps like a menstrual cramp but sometimes i have cramps which is not so painful, only feels like a trickle.
