Brief Answer:
There are good chances of normal pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand your concern.

In my opinion most of the women will have natural pregnancy even with a single functioning tube after the laparoscopic surgery. After the surgery you might need to wait upto 3 to 6 months before planning to conceive.Because internal healing might take that time. And if conceived before 3 months or earlier the chances of subsequent ectopic pregnancy is high.

There are 90% chances to conceive by 1 year. But this varies from woman to woman. Some may conceive early and some may get late.

There is 10% chance of subsequent ectopic pregnancy.Better to take folic acid tablet one per day one month before planning the conceivement.

There is no need of reversal of the tube.Because even with one tube the chances of pregnancy are good. And moreover re canalization of tube pose the risk for ectopic pregnancy.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Thanks You So much Doctor.
Here is my Concerns about the same topic:
----------------------------------------------------------------
1.Why Folic ACID Tablet.?
2.Some times, She feel little bit stomach pain. Is this due to the laparoscopic surgery of ectopic pregnancy.??
3.There is 10% less chance of normal pregnancy subsequent of ectopic pregnancy.!! Is this Right.??
4.After pregnancy by single tube, Whether the delivery is Normal or Caesarean..?
5.Is there any side effects by this laproscopic surgery.

Please advise,

Brief Answer:
Laparoscopic surgery has less side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Nice to hear from you again. I understand your concern.

Folic acid tablet is a vitamin, tablet must to be taken in the first 3 months of pregnancy for better growth of the fetus. Starting folic acid before conceiving ensures its coverage from starting of pregnancy rather than delay.

Stomach pain if not associated with any bowel problem, vomiting, fever, foul smelling vaginal discharge then nothing to worry. It might be muscular in origin. It may or may not be due to surgery. But nothing to worry about that.

If a woman has ectopic pregnancy there is 10% chance for ectopic pregnancy in subsequent pregnancy.

Laparoscopic surgery is more advantageous than open surgery. It has less chances of infection, less morbidity. So it has negligible side effects.

The normal delivery or caesarian section is decided based on any complication in pregnancy and fetal status and will be decided at the end of pregnancy. It will not be affected by prior laparoscopic surgery.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Brief Answer:
Discuss with your consultant in future

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.

In my opinion it will be evident in scan report. Moreover the scars are also visible on abdomen. You can discuss the same matter with your consulting doctor in future. The defect might
be interpreted as tubal block. Tubal block has causes like infection or sometimes unknown causes.
Mostly this type of matters are kept confidential by the doctors. So you need not worry. Relax. That might not cause a problem. Hope for the best.
