Brief Answer:
good chances

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question

It is always concerning when you have had miscarriages in the past but this happens to many patients who then have completely successful and healthy pregnancies.

To give yourself the best chance of a successful pregnancy take your prenatal vitamin daily and see your obstetrician regularly. Make sure you are drinking 6-8 glasses of clean water daily. Avoid smoking, alcohol and excess caffeine. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and be sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. Avoid excessively sweet foods and sugary drinks. Exercise every day even if it is just walking for 30 minutes.

Many blessings to you for a happy and healthy pregnancy

Brief Answer:
no, that is not the cause

Detailed Answer:
No, herpes is very common. One in five people have it and it does not cause miscarriages. The only problem it could cause is that if you have an active outbreak at the time of delivery you would need to have a C-section so that the baby does not get infected. Otherwise the herpes should not cause any problems.
Best to you.

Answered by Dr. Kathy Robinson (38 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
usually

Detailed Answer:
It is usually true that in early pregnancy if you are having pregnancy symptoms that means that things are going well. It is not possible to say that you definitely won't miscarry, but it is unlikely. Just keep taking care of yourself and the farther along you get in your pregnancy then the safer it is that you will carry the baby to full term.
Take care,
