Question : After taking one 200 mg pill of mifepristone orally and then following 24 hours later taking 4 200 mg pills of misoprostol, what are the chances that the pregnancy will pass without having to take more misoprostol or anything else? Also note this is for a pregnancy that is 2 to 3 weeks along and thats it, very early. Also, what are the chances that after taking these the pregnancy will still be there and have to have a doctor intervene? Thanks a lot

As per our previous conversation, the efficacy of medical method using mifepristone and misoprostol , in the doses mentioned above, in terminating an early pregnancy is 98%.
That means chances of complete abortion by this dosing is high.
However, completion of abortion is confirmed by a repeat ultrasound after the bleeding stops.
Usually, if she has passed clots and blood, chances of complete abortion are high.
Please do not panic at all.
The more early gestation pregnancy, there are more chances of complete abortion by the recommended doses of mifepristone and misoprostol.

Thank you so much for the responses and help, i know it can be a bit annoying, so the chances i have to worry that the one pack of pills failing ia almost non existent?

How early in your opinion would a pregnancy have been if it was detected in a blood test but was negative taking a home test and before period?

These were just some of the parts, there have been other small clots and large ones, a pregnancy test was taken on the 9th with a 22 MiU hcg level and came back positive but a 25 MiU was taken today the 12th and it was negative, what do you think that means? Also these just tissue? The two larger ones look different

Your photographs are uploaded and I have reviewed them.
They seem to be the clots along with products of conception which you have passed.
The urine pregnancy test will come positive if the beta hCG levels are above 20 mIU.
Moreover, the hCG levels slowly decrease in the body after abortion.
Therefore, it takes one week for the levels to reach non pregnant levels.
I therefore suggest you to repeat the beta hCG test or urine pregnancy test at least2 weeks after the abortion.
