Question : Hi,
While having physical intimacy with my partner, some of my cum spreaded nearby on her private area. We dont have any intercoure and later on she had shower with a motive to clean those area. Now after two weeks she missed her date. We have a home test, just a day before her date, with a 20 mIU kit, which also gave us a negative result. Now its been more than 4 days from her schedule date, she still not have her period. Kindly guide me the possibilites.

In this case, chance of pregnancy is quite LOW or RARE because there was NO direct sexual intercourse and sperm dies quickly outside the female genital tract.

2) Fear of being pregnant and social thinking may increase mental stress until it is confirmed through urine pregnancy test. Regular meditation or yoga for 30 min can give her stress free in upcoming days.
3) Blood test for beta-hCG is more RELIABLE to confirm pregnancy. It is to be done if period DOESN'T occur after 7-10 days. Medical termination of pregnancy or abortion can be done following consultation with her gynecologist if pregnancy is detected after 1 month period time.
