Brief Answer:
around one week after stopping regesterone

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
If you have taken the emergency pill within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
Taking emergency pill can alter your regular menstrual cycle because of high dose of hormone in it.
After taking emergency pill it may lead to withdrawal bleeding in one week to ten days usually.
But as you have started using regesterone now, till stopping these tablets you may not get periods.
After stopping regesterone in around one week you can get withdrawal bleeding.
Though the possibility of pregnancy is less in your case, if you do not get withdrawal bleeding even one week after stopping regesterone, please repeat the urine pregnancy test to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Inducing abortion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Usually regesterone in 5mg per day dose will not help in preventing pregnancy.
The methods of avoiding pregnancy are:
-Taking emergency contraceptive tablet within 72 hours
-Getting Intra uterine contraceptive device insertion within 120 hours.
If you cross this period, you have to wait till your expected date of periods.
And if you miss the periods, you have to check for the possibility of pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.
If test gives positive result, you need to undergo abortion. Upto 8 weeks of gestation medical termination with tablets is possible.
But as you have taken emergency contraceptive pill and as the urine pregnancy test gave negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is less in your case. Better to wait for one week and possibly you may get withdrawal bleeding by that time.
Take care.
