Brief Answer:
delay of menses is expected...explained

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
well , if she had a withdrawal bleed following the unwanted 72 intake , then there are no chances of pregnancy at all. However the day her withdrawal bleed started , now becomes her fresh LMP and her next menses would be due only after a month from this date of withdrawal bleed and not from the previous one. I hope you understand what i mean here.

also its a known side effect that the next few cycles after an unwanted 72 use are likely to be delayed by around 10 days even with the new LMP date , so just barrier contraception have to be followed till resumption of menses and things shall correct naturally,
rest assured.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
If the menses were scheduled by 15/16th of this month, then the last menses were on 14/15 february.
Now you had sex on 6th day i.e 21st , then she took the pill on 22nd feb after 30 hrs. Then after few days say 5 days she had her withdrawal bleed...= 27th feb 2015.

Now 27th feb becomes her fresh LMP and her next menses should be around 25/26th march and not 15/16th march. This is natural, but the delay can even be beyond 25th/26th march by another 7 days due to the side effect of unwanted 72 and the day can be in 3/4th april.
so just wait for periods to resume and practice barrier contraception.
regards

Detailed Answer:
you mentioned earlier that there was bleeding following unwanted 72.
If there has been no bleeding which was to occur within 7 -10 days from the pill intake , then please get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy immediately.
such delay is not expected.
Please rule out pregnancy asap.
