Semen flow out is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
All sperms are not required. Only one sperm is required to fertilize the egg. Therefore it is normal for some semen to flow out. Don't worry about it.
Please get semen analysis done to assess the semen quality and reason for not conceiving.
Hope I have answered your query.
