Brief Answer:
Please do a urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Emergency contraceptive pill if taken within24 hours of unprotected intercourse, stops the pregnancy in 98% cases, and since her urine pregnancy test was negative after2 weeks of intercourse, the pregnancy is ruled out.
The pill has theside effect of causing irregular menstrual cycles for next 2-3 cycles.
Still, I suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test to confirm, and if negative, then there is nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, slightly delayed periods can be due to stress or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, apart from pregnancy.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative twice, then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy, PCOS needs to be managed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, the ultrasound is showing polycystic ovaries , and rest everything is normal.
There is no need to worry regarding pregnancy, as this is not a possibility any more.
However, irregular periods and presence of polycystic ovaries is confirmatory of Polycystic ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). She needs proper investigations and treatment for the same.
