Question : Hi, me and my girl friend had sex yesterday 14th July. Insertion didn't happen completely since its first time for both of us, she complained about pain and when I tried to insert. So I didn't enter her completely. However during this act I had wetness at the tip of mine. Will this cause pregnancy? Should she take ipill? She had her periods last week.

Later the act she washed her vagina with water and cleaned. Still this can cause pregnancy? What are the side effects of I pill is it safe to have them? How can we make this process little easy for her?

Hello sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is no risk of pregnancy as there wasn't any ejaculation and the wet tip didn't penetrate her vagina.
For precum to cause pregnancy sperms need to be deposited near the mouth of uterus.
And it was her 11-12 the day of periods when usually there is no egg to meet the sperms and form baby.
Moreover she washed her private parts with water thoroughly.
So nothing to worry but do take care of protection next time.

Hello Doc thanks for the response. Consider insertion happened with wet tip? What are the chances and what are the safest precautions i can go with minimum side effects?

Taking ipill is the best remedy

Detailed Answer:
In case there was insertion with wet tip then less but still documented chances of pregnancy because of the precum.
So the best possible remedy for that will be consumption of emergency pill like ipill.
But in future don't make it a regular routine to take emergency pill every time you guys indulge in sexual activity.

Thanks doctor. She had her periods on 3rd july to 7th july and this incident happened on 14th july. And insertion was jot complete and she has washed thoroughly after the insertion. Given all this please advice me about taking ipill. As of now we dont want her to get pregnant. Please tell us she should take the pill or not...

I understand your concern and anxiety related to the issue.
So if you feel there was insertion with wet tip though not complete then better option is to take the pill and rule out the minutest chance of pregnancy present.
Though it is almost a negligible chance but why to take it when you can avoid it by taking just a pill.
But definitely take care in future and always indulge in protected sex.
