Question : sir i am married since 2 year & we will try for child from begning. my sperm count is 40 million. i have taken tretment since 2 month &my wife also taken tretment for ovulation since 2month but she is not conceve. what we can do.

It's not just the sperm count but it's motility and morphology that is important. So do let me know about it.

Also i need to know whether any ultrasound abdomen pelvis scan , TSH, LH, FSH and prolactin test has been done for your wife. If done kindly upload that reports also.

sperm count-40 million, motility-60%, sluggish motil-20%,dead-20% ph-alkaline,abnormal-4%
for wife- usg -normal(rt.ovarion cyst (59x50mm), cbc-normal, t3,t4 &tsh-normal.
hormonal test has not done now.

Thanks for the follow up .

Your Semen analysis is fine and so is your wife's scan and Thyroid profile . But she needs to undergo the hormonal tests which I have advised previously.

If there is any problem correction can increase the chances of conception but if the hormonal tests comes normal then you may have to consider assisted reproduction techniques like IUI or IVF.
