Question : how hi is the risk of getting pregnant if I have just starting to take marvelon on the on the 8th of September before my period has started

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If you are on the end of your periods and have few days for breakthrough bleeding chances to conceive are very small, equivalent as you aren't on OC.

When was your last menstrual period?

As you haven't started OC on the first day of your period, you should use another method of contraception, like condoms to be protected.

Hi dear again!

If your last periods was on the end of August and you have started to use OC on 8 September ,or on 10-th day of your periods than chances are as you aren't on birth control pill(OC).

It means that chances are between 20% to 30%.

During this time ,from 8 September to 14 September(first 7 days of OC use ) use another contraceptive method.
