Question : Hi Doctor,
Me and my girlfriend of 18 years old was just fooling around with our clothes(without any condom
) and i just inserted my one finger just through the "back of her underwear"..i think i had a bit of precum in my hands and im not sure whether i hav touched her vagina or not. I just touched something through her back,then i felt wet and suddenly i pulled out my hands!
We dont have any sexual intercourse or something and i think after that i ejaculated and found some sperm and wetness on my clothes(not in her)!
it happened on Aug-8 and now its over one month!At that afternoon itself she told that she is feeling very tired and she got upset..she also forgot her date of period and got tensed! but the period occured on 23rd of Aug! now its 12th Sept and now she found some blue marks on her thighs and little pain!(Meanwhile she had a great play time with her cousins this week)!
im really tensed now and dont know how to tell her about this!(she dont knw whether she is pregnant or not! and if i asked het to take a test..it will upset her fully and she will loss concentration on studies)

will she be pregnant ? plz help me...

well , as i can understand the episode occurred on 8th of august when you introduced your finger( possibly smeared with precum) through her clothes and you are skeptical if you have entered the vagina and the sperms now may make her pregnant.
now you have mentioned that she had her menstrual periods after the episode on 23rd of august , that simply means she is passed that cycle and she is not pregnant at all. she is into a new cycle and into her 19th day.
menses itself is an indication that there was no pregnancy as she would have missed her periods on 23 aug.
as far as blue marks are concerned , probably she may have incurred those during play sessions with her cousins.
so please rest assured that she is safe .

i had just a doubt!

if her actual period was on 16th August and if she missed it for few days and then the period had occured on 23rd,is their any possibilty of pregnancy ?(the episode happend on 8th August)

im repeating the question because she doesnt accurately remember the date!

Thanks for the follow up.

In either case , if her periods had resumed on 23rd and continued as her normal menses say for 3-4 days and there were no clots she passed or there was no pain, that indicates that she never got pregnant, and the whole endometrium was washed out as it would occur normally. if she would have been pregnant, then for sure she would have missed her period.

Even if you may ask that it could be an implantation bleed, but that occurs only by atleast 4-5 weeks not in just 10 days, so it was her menses on 23rd.

Besides if you are still unsure, then the only way to confirm is the urine pregnancy test.
So rest assured from my end that she is not pregnant.
