Question : I just had blood work done and results came back with TSH of 4.85 and the doctor did not recommended any medication. Am I able to conceive at this level or would that propose an issue even getting pregnant?

For my patients with similar complaints slight rise in TSH level, I don't prefer to start them on treatment unless they have any symptoms related to hypothyroidism .
Slight rise in TSH levels usually won't affect conception. So treatment is not necessary.
