Question : Hey doc. i have a quick question. i am a 23 year old male. About 8 months ago, i did some anal play with my finger and a dildo. (I apologize for the detail). I used some hand lotion with some type of fragrance for lube. I used it for about an hour, and applied a few squirts 2 times in the hour. That was the only time i did anal. Since then, ive never done anal again. im worried that even that small amount of chemicals being in my system could cause cancer. I must have went poop like 400 times since then, cause i go like 2 times a day. Do you think it has been removed from my rectum since 8 months ago? Do i need to do an enema to expell it, or do bowel movements naturally cleanse any remnants of the lotion out? Thanks much

You shouldn't worry about cancer. You have done only one time anal foreplay with fingers dildo using lubes and hand lotions over 8 months ago.

The chemical effect of lube and hand lotions last a couple of hours (at maximum one day) and there's no risk for developing rectal cancer from this sexual experience.

My suggestions is that you should stay calm and relaxed and lived your life.
