Question : Hi Dr. Malpani,
I am 4 days post transfer and went for blood work this morning to check my levels. I have been taking progesterone pills twice a day and crinitone in the morning. They called before and said my estrogen is at 130 and had dropped since before my retrieval and want me to start taking estradiol 2 tablets twice day and come back Monday for more blood. Is there still a chance i can be pregnant? 2 top grade embroys were transferred. Thanks

Hello, I understand the health concerns.
Yes there are still chances of successful pregnancy.
Estrogen and progesterone levels are helpful as a guess work but their levels are very variable according to the time of day and at times from person to person.
Keep taking medicines as told and wait till bHCG levels testing.
