She cannot acquire HPV through this act
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
Since you had genital warts sometime in the past, therefore the chances of her getting infected by this act (the way you describe it) are absolutely 'Zero', because there was no direct contact between your genital area with any body part of her.
You could only transmit HPV to her only if your genital area comes into contact with her, not otherwise (not at all through biting!!)
regards

Can you please repost my question in Sexual Health so I can get that opinion as well?

Zero chances
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Kakkar. I am a MD, (Skin and V.D) Specialist for skin and STDs/HIV/AIDs.
Your contact was absolutely safe. She could have got warts from you only if she had performed oral sex on you, since the source of infection is local i.e your genital area. How could she get infected through your mouth? Not Possible at all.
Since you had genital warts therefore the source of infection is localized to your genital area and only if your genital area comes into contact with her is there any chance of her acquiring HPV. That is what cdc also says.
I hope you understood the point.
Regards

I have paid for two questions so I want to ask another follow up.
If I were to have some sort of oral HPV (not warts but another non wart type), what are the chances that this interaction transmitted the virus to my fiance?
Does the fact that she was wearing pantyhose of the type mentioned below play a factor?
Does the fact tha she already had 1 HPV shot play a factor? t

HPV
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
There are more than 100 different types of HPV.
Gardasil protects against type 6, 11, 16, 18 only. The vaccine does not protect against any other types of HPV.
The virus can get transmitted only through skin to skin direct contact. Pantyhose i guess, is like a very fine net, and therefore it does form a barrier for direct skin to skin contact. Therefore chances would have been very less, if supposedly you had a virus in or around the mouth

HPV vaccine
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, I have reviewed. There is only limited cross-protection against additional HPV Types and that too not a 100% protection. Thus, this cross-protective efficacy might not only be lower but also be of shorter duration than efficacy against vaccine types unlike long term /life long protection against the above mentioned 4 types i.e 6,11,16,18.
Genital HPV types: 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 58.
Non-Genital HPV types: Facial warts are most commonly either flat warts caused by- HPV types 3, 10, and 28 OR common warts caused by HPV types 2 and 4 (most common), followed by types 1, 3, 27, 29, and 57.
