Question : Hi!
Yesterday i made some cheese toast for my 1.5 year old son and I. The cheese was not expired and appeared fine. Today i was going to use the cheese again and noticed a small piece of mold in there. We have not had any stomach problems yet, but am worried we could get sick from this. What symptoms should we look out for and how many days before we're in the clear?

Brief Answer:
Watch for vomiting and diarrhea and dehydration
Detailed Answer:
Hi....I understand your concern.
Your kid might have diarrhoea. Once it starts it will take 5-7 days to completely get better. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
