As the query raised by you I would like to tell you that both diabetes and high cholesterol levels both are important risk factors for developing atherosclerotic disease of the vessels of the body. Of present together the risk even goes higher.

Following are the complications related with diabetes

2. Peripheral vascular disease
3. Kidney dysfunction
4. Neuropathy
5. Eye related complications like retinopathy
6. Improper wound healing

Following are the complications of high cholesterol
1. Heart related issues like heat attack
2. Peripheral artery disease
3. CVA (stroke)
4. Obesity
