paroxetine and lithium can help
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reply. I am thankful to you that you have provided some information.I can understand your helplessness and loneliness.
Your thought "everyone will be better off without me" will not be true in reality.Children without mother suffers a lot. For them you need to gather the strength for your improvement.
You have mentioned that you had tried different types of therapies. Which are they?
In my opinion Paroxetine for PTSD as well as lithium in resistant depression with suicidal thoughts work better. If you have not tired them ask your doctor to start the same medicines.
Other option is ECT- Electro Convulsive Therapy. It works well in patients with suicidal ideas.
Have you undergone CBT- cognitive behavior therapy ? If not, it should be started with medicines.
If possible please tell me what therapies/medicines you have tried until now.
Feel free to discuss further.
Take care.
