Brief Answer:
There are no dietary precautions that in way help with ovarian cycts.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Ovarian cysts are all not problematic.

Ovaries undergo quite a lot of changes during each cycle and this results in cyst formation once in a while based on the genetic makeup of the individual.

Ovarian cysts will cause trouble only if their size is significant.

Simple ovarian cysts are best left alone and monitored once in a while.

Since the underlying cause is genetic in nature, we can not prevent them, we can not cure it.

There are no dietary precautions that will help.

Breastfeeding is good, she should continue that.

A proper diagnosis needs to be arrived at, and we should know what is the exact nature of these ovarian cysts.

Talk to her gynecologist again and proceed further.

Hope this helps.
