What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy ?
Question: Hi I'm Charlotte and I am a teenage girl of 16 years old. I have had sex with my boyfriend 10 times in this cycle and my period is not due until this Thursday (28th). I had sex with my boyfriend twice just a week after my last period started. My periods range from a 28-30 day cycle and have always been regular. I recently went away with my boyfriend from the 16th - 23rd July, and had sex with him every night apart from the 21st. I am not sure however when I ovulated that month, and I had loads of discharge pretty much every day. The worst discharge I had was EWCM on the Friday 22nd. We had sex on the Friday night and he DID use a condom but after he came, he took the condom off and still had semen on the end of his penis in which he then rubbed that on and in the entrance of my vagina. All the other times (apart from one other time) we had sex without a condom but he always 'pulls out' before he ejaculates.
Ever since Saturday night I have been having lower back pains and have been feeling nauseous.. I didn't get a good sleep last night as I kept waking up feeling sick and had a bad back ache. I woke up yesterday morning with some abdominal cramping but only minor which lasted on and off for around half hour, I also got tiny cramps during the day. I am always feeling hungry which is making me feel sick, and when I eat I still feel hungry. I am also getting cramps in my hands? and my arms and not so much my legs, but they are also becoming very achy. I need to go to the toilet a lot (not just for number 1s), and I keep having dizzy spells, and going all light headed. I get headaches and heartburn a lot during a day, and I have also got these white sort of spots on my nipples which when I looked at a photo of what woman's breasts look like when they're pregnant, mine kind of matched up to them. My nipples are also quite sore and tender and have been since Saturday, but more so yesterday and today. Over the last 3 weeks I have also felt like I have gotten slightly fatter, and I feel more bloated. I have also put on 3 pounds or so in just over the last 3 weeks. (I have not changed my diet in any way). And I forgot to mention, I am also having very emotional periods, and I'm sometimes nearly in tears but then other times I am happy.
I also took a few online pregnancy test quiz and pretty much all of them said I have a high chance of being pregnant.
P.S. I used to be on the Gederal pill but came off nearly 2 months ago and have had a regular period since then. I also didn't take my pill everyday and skipped loads of days 3 months ago.

Pregnancy occurs close to the time of ovulation. Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary and occurs on day 14 of a menstrual cycle. If your last menstrual period was on 28th XXXXXXX then the ovulation would have been around 11th or 12th july but can occur late also.
For confirming the status of pregnancy by urine for pregnancy test (UPT), the most accurate way to test for pregnancy is to wait until after your period is due. First appearance of pregnancy hormone, HCG, due to implantation occurs 6-12 days after ovulation.
You can use a highly sensitive pregnancy kit for confirming the status of pregnancy or wait for your periods and do a urine pregnancy test after 1 week-10 days of your missed periods date. Alternately, you can also get a serum HCG test done which is more specific than an urine for pregnancy test.
