Question : I'm 44, I didn't get a period for 2 months, I got it 9/10/15, then again on 9/24/15, again, 10/10/15, and got it again on 10/24/15...periods seem regular to me no change other than its a day or two shorter than normal. Is this perimenopause or something else?

Brief Answer:
Is not a perimenopause

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If you have regular periods with a change with shorter than normal ,for about tow days ,there is nothing to worry.

But as I understand from your report ,seem that your cycle is every 14 days.
This is not normal.
Having periods every 14 days isn't normal, because you may become anemic .
Most common reasons are hormonal imbalances .

Did you get any gynecologic exam done ?

Take much more fluids ,vitamin c and iron rich foods .

All the best
