Question : I think I took a double doze 50mg of Hydralazine 7 housr ago. Blood pressure is my normal range for me, avg 134/78. I do have a headache.

Can I take tylenol or ibuprofin for the headache? Also, should I resume the twice daily 50mg dosage at the regular time or skip a dose?
