Question : what does low blood pressure mean .... I have always had this issue now I'm 10 weeks PREGNANT and I still have it

Low blood pressure is anything less than 100 as systolic( upper max) and 60 ( lower max) diastolic BP in pregnancy.
It is significant only if you are having symptoms like dizziness, or black outs.
As such it does not affect pregnancy if you are not symptomatic like dizziness, or black outs. But if you are symptomatic then it needs to be treated.
