Question : I'm out of town for 3 days, and left my thyroxine simvastatin and sertraline at home. Will I have any major problems?

3 days pause do not cause serious side effects.

Hello,
Fortunately for 3 days pause no side effects will happen. Do not worry about levothyroxine and simvastatine. The skip of sertroline usually causes withdrawal symptoms after 1 weak pause , 3 days is a very short period to cause withdrawal symptoms.
Do not forget to restart treatment as soon as you are back home!
