Question : Last night after not eating for 10 days I drank heavily and took four Cocodamol tablets and 10 paracetamol tablets on top of 250mg of Setraline. I seem ok today but should I worry?

Although, there was no serious immediate effect on your health, such medication overdose caused liver damage for sure and you should never do it again since more serious consequances may happen. Would the fact i have non alcoholic fatty liver disease exacerbate the problem?
