Question : My question was incomplete ive taken unwanted 72 pill to stop my pregnancy within 48 hrs but it does'nt works & was not sucessfull & after few days i got pregnant.So now i am pregnant.So i want to ask that is this pill can make affect to the metally and physical growth of my upcoming child

According to the study any drug taken prior to 4 weeks of pregnancy has all or none rule. That means that it will give a normal pregnancy or cause abortion. It doesnot cause any congenital abnormality.

Unwanted 72 is considered to be fine if takenjust prior to detection of pregnancy. There is no study reporting any anomalies associated with unwanted72.

So in my opinion , it is fine to continue this pregnancy. Consult a gynaecologist to get your routine blood tests and scan to see for intrauterine pregnancy. Start taking folic acid.
