There are several side effects in using contraceptive pill with regular interval. These includes nausea/vomiting, weight changes, breast discomfort (swollen/ tenderness), mood swing, spotting or inter menstrual bleeding, irregular period, abdominal pain, headache, eye problems, swelling of thigh or legs, low back pain etc.
In addition, she would never take contraceptive pill in some medical condition like heart/ liver disease, thrombotic disorder, breast/uterine tumor etc.
