Colonoscopy is done to visualise the colon.
The preparation is given one day before the procedure.
Oral solution containing POLY ETHYLENE GLYCOL (PEG) has to be given one day before the procedure.
It makes the bowel clean .
Liquid diet has to be taken one day before the procedure.
