Question : what is the long term effects of taking Simvastatin, in the last 3 months I have come down with something that no one can find an answer to. I am acking in all joints , we have tried all test, CT scan blood test and all to no effect help

The long term side effects of simvastatin are headache, muscle aches, tenderness, nausea, drowsiness. vomiting, weakness, dizziness, abdominal cramping or pain and difficulty sleeping.
Would advise you to do a Bone scan test.
For aching in joints you can apply fentanyl transdermal patch locally.
