Question : I have been taking Cremaffin initially for haemorrhoids and now for anal fissure for last several months.will it be harmful to me?What should I Do for my anal fissure.I have tried Diltigesic ointment.What to do for my pain?I am allergic to Ibubrufen

I can understand that you do not want surgery at present, but I just want to tell you that surgery is the only definitive treatment for anal fissure. Take your time.
