Question : Hi,

I delivered twin boys on 2nd XXXXXXX After delivery my milk flow was not much. My gyanc advised me to take Galact granules with milk twice a day and Lactare tablets 2 tabs thrice a day.
After that my milk supply increased but still has to provide top feed as breast milk is not adequate for 2 babies.

I stopped taking Lactare tablets since 2 weeks and feel that milk supply is reduced. However, I am still taking Galact granules.
I wanted to know till when should I continue taking Galact and Lactare. Does it have any side effects in long term?

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic.I am here to help you . You can continue galaxy granules and lactare even long term say even 3 months and has no side effects. In addition you can start with an Ayurvedic preparation called shatavarex powder once a day in a glass of milk. Moreover please do not get too anxious and measuring the milk.
