Question : I have Breast Implants, not sure if Saline or Silicone. Had car wreck 2 yrs ago. 8 Mo ago Internist sent me for MRI, showed Rupture. Pro's & Cons if i donothing

Generally breasts implant rupture causes tissues irritation and chronic inflammation. This process leads to massive scar creation and gives breast deformation.

If the implant has been filled with saline, the risk of such process is low. However if its silicone, the inflammation is rather active and scar is there for sure.

That is why, waiting is not a good idea due to cosmetic reason. However if you do not bother about it, leaving it alone is not life threatening.
