Brief Answer:
Not a serious problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,
The sizes of the ovaries are in normal range, and peripherally arranged follicles are description of a normal ovary.
In PCOS the number of follicles are more than 10, and size of ovary is enlarged due to the many follicles. For a diagnosis of PCOS, one has to also have irregular periods and / or acne, excessive hair on face, etc.
If you do not have irregular period, acne, or hirsutism then you do not have PCOS.
I would to ask to tell me about the stroma, does the report say pathogenic or pathognomic? Also I want to know if any comments on uterus are made?
Hope this helps.
Regards.
