Question : What are the normal values for AST and ALT?
I had recent labs done and both were high according to the lab used but it seems other labs say its normal.
My AST 33
ALT 45
My Alkaline phosphatase and Bilirubin were normal.

I read your question and i understand your concern. ALT has reference range of 20 - 60 and AST has reference range of 8-40 in women. So your labs are ok . We don't consider it worrisome unless these are double the upper limit of normal, for example ALT of minimum above 100 and AST of above 80 .
