Brief Answer:
Symptoms of diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A patient with Type 2 Diabetes classically presents with polyuria ( increased urination), increased thirst, increased appetite and weight loss. Visual disturbance and paresthesia should warrant a diabetes screen as they too can present with diabetes type 2. Many patients do not have any such classical presentation and are completely asymptomatic but are diagnosed on routine testing or remain undiagnosed for years.

Wishing you best of health
