Question : I missed taking 10 active birth control pills at the begining of a new cycle. Is there a possiblilty of ovulation occuring this cycle now?

I didnt realise that I had missed that many until a few days ago, so no backup method was used. I didnt take the pill between 19th Feb and 29th Feb. I am begining the suspect I may be pregnant (feeling nauseous, very tired, and cramping. When should I test for pregnancy? I beleive its still too early at this stage?

I have been on the pill for nearly 15 years, yes still on it.
I stopped taking the active pill on the 19th of Feb. Menstrual period occured between 21-25th Feb, did not resume taking pill until the 29th Feb
Cycles are regular
