Question: I want to ask you if working in a career doing soldering (as in "electronic solderer/assembler") job for full time basis, whether it will be bad for the health?

be care full about always taking protective glass. chances of getting macular burn will be there, it will effect visual acuity. there is no treatment for it.

I'm mainly worried on what about smelling its fume on a full time day to day basis for every week, month to month for a long time many years down the road?

Only bad effect is naked eye working and getting macular burn.It is just like looking at eclipse and getting solar burn which effect visual acuity. While going in road you should avoid looking at it. it isa chance you can get the burn so you can better take precaution.
