Brief Answer: antacids Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Sorry about your gastritis problem. For this, we usually prescribe a 6 weeks course of effective antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole. I prescribe my patients capsule Pantodac DSR on early stomach early morning, daily for 6 weeks. Together with this healthy diet and plenty of fluids has to be taken orally.
