Question : male age 54 yrs Thyroidectomy done in Aug 2015 for Multinodular goitre , history of Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipedemia, please confirm on probable complications, Prognosis and further intervention and treatment

Dear XXXXXXX initially sorry for the delayed response, i was out of my office for 2 days.
now as of prognosis it is good. complications can be
1. hypothyroidism
2. hypocalcemia
treatment will continue for life. so kindly evaluate accordingly and let me know.
