Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Two tablets of Allegra are probably not going to cause any much adverse effects to you.
However, you may experience little drowsiness, headache, hallucinations and nausea.
Just drink plenty of water and don't take any further dosage for next 24 hours.
If you observe any abnormal symptoms, see your doctor.
