Brief Answer:
It isn't that bad.

Detailed Answer:
First, it is diluted by the entire body, before ...what... one cup ? goes into the baby and then gets diluted in the baby. So, the baby is getting only a small amount of the cocaine you got. Never the less, it is considered a potentially toxic substance and is considered a cause of childhood irritability. Reports of serious toxicity in the infant are basically not in the literature and basically do not happen. there are reports of irritabiiity. I do not know how they would tell it is more than in other infants.

To be safest, use formula for 24 hrs. Cocaine will be gone by then. It is considered a problem in breastfeeding mothers who take cocaine all the time.

The wine is also a problem and statistically there are far more problems from the cigarettes. there is a much higher risk of asthma in children of mothers who smoke even if the mothers avoid direct smoking in the same room as the children.

Well, try not to do that very often and it will be fine in a day.
