Question : I take 150 Mcg of L-thyroxine a day. I take it in the morning around 6:00 am

By mistake I take another this evening at around 6:30 PM

I can understand your concern.

No, there is no problem. You should not take it the next day.

There are studies and is approved that in special cases ( in elderly people living alone) the whole dose of the week can be taken once without side effects.

So, taking the dose of the 2 days within one day, causes no side effects.
