Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Nexito forte contains escitalopram and clonazepam. Both the medicines cause sedation, drowsiness and same is true with alcohol.
So, this combination should be avoided as can cause excessive sedation.
In case one vomits during the sedation period he can even aspirate the vomitus into lungs.
So, this can be fatal.
So, one should always avoid such combinations.
