Question : Hi doctor. My son 3Y old.right now I have seen that he taking some eltrocin 100mg tablet into mouth.I have taken all the tablets from his mouth.I don't know he swallowed are not.what happen he swallow 2tablets

Hi,

200 mcg of eltroxin will rarely cause serious symptoms in your 3 year old. However there are chances of nervousness, tremors, increased sweating as well as palpitation. It is advisable to monitor the condition of the child and to watch out of these or any other symptoms.

Do not be overly worried. Only two tablets will rarely cause serious problems.
